I will respond to you by email or phone within 5-7 business days to give you more information and arrange a consultation call if appropriate.
During the consultation call, I will let you know my availability for new clients and any standing openings. We will also discuss what you are looking for at this time and if this is a fit for my practice and expertise, we will move forward. If I do not have availability or am not a fit, we will discuss that as well.
An account will be created for you with Simple Practice, the health care platform that I use and you will receive a link to your email of paperwork to complete.
When you return your paperwork and insurance information has been verified, we will schedule our intake.
